- It's 1 cup of rice which is cooked.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 of few corriander leaves.
- It's 1 of few curry leaves.
- It's 4 of green chillies.
- It's 1 of salt to taste.
- It's 1 of oil as required.
- You need 1 of potato cut in cubes.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of green peas.

- Cook the rice properly in 1:2 ratio n let it b covered even after cookin.This recipe can be cooked with left over rice as well..
- In a pan take oil, fry da cubbed potato n keep aside. in da same pan add da mustard seeds wait till it starts to splutter, den add chopped gren chillies, curry n corriander leaves. Saute dis a bit den add green peas n da fried potato..
- whilst dis is cookin, add turmeric, red chilli powder n salt in da pot where rice is cooked. mix all dis gently but throughly.
- now add dis rice into da pan n mix well. taste it to check salt. cover it for 2 -3 mins n tak it off da flame. garnish with corriander leaves.
