Vegetable Vermicelli bath or vegetable shavige uppittu is very simple breakfast dish yet super delicious. I used MTR restaurant brand vermicelli here. - Now add shredded coconut + coriander leaves and mix well. Let it cool for 15 minutes and then serve it..
