  6. You need 50 g of Chilgoza seeds (Pine seeds)Neje in Hindi...
  7. Prepare of Salt.As per taste.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of makki flour roasted.
  9. It's 1 tsp of kasoori methi...
  10. You need 1 tsp of Kashmiri mirch powder.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of dhania powder.
  12. It's 3 tsp of desi ghee.

Palak Anjeer step by step

  1. Wash leaves of spinach and keep it in the pressure cooker for boiling.....
  2. Before closing the lid...also add a pinch of Hing..
  3. Give one whistle only. Allow it to cool and set aside....
  4. Once cooled. Add dry roastedmakki ka aata into it..this adjust the consistency and imparts lovely aroma..
  5. Blend it Coarsely in a mixer....
  6. Now in a wok Add 3 tbs desi ghee..Allow the ghee to become warm and add jeera...
  7. Allow it to sputter and add chopped onions.
  8. Caramalise them..and add salt now....
  9. Add all spices..
  10. Add chunks of Anjeer now.along wth it we can also add chilgoza seeds too.
  11. Cover the lid by adding very little water and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes...
